The number of agents used depends on a number of factors. Basic surveillance on an individual being followed from home or an uncomplicated work situation can be conducted by one agent. More complicated scenarios, such as following someone from an airport or hotel require an additional agent. Other factors in which we may recommend a second agent includes fast and aggressive drivers and extra alert drivers who always watch the rear view mirror. Of course an additional agent increases the cost of surveillance, and this factor is also taken into consideration in arriving at your budget. For a proper frame of reference, consider the fact that no law enforcement agency would ever conduct surveillance with less than two cars and few do that. Yes. What we use in this case is a “decoy”. This is oftentimes a good-looking actor(ress) who will “accidentally” meet the subject and engage him or her into conversation. This encounter will be documented by an observing investigator nearby. If the subject takes the bait and expresses interest in sexually pursuing the relationship, the decoy will back off and we will provide you with video proof of the subject’s behavior and body language during their exchange.
YSurveillance is billed on an hourly basis plus a mileage charge. Rates are dependant on where the surveillance will take place. As a general rule, in remote areas, the rates are a bit higher. We always ask for a 4 hour upfront retainer fee. Expect additional charges to include petrol, accommodation, travel costs if any, international calls and other expenses incurred during the surveillance. For covert surveillance and pretext situations in a local establishment for example, expect to incur expenses such as theater ticket, parking fee, bar drink, etc. You will have regular updates and will be able to monitor not only the progress but costs as well. Initial contact will be either by email or phone +62-81337-99-33-22. After the initial discussion your investigator will either meet with you in person or speak to you via phone to decide on a plan of action. Before the case is started, a strategy is established depending on the circumstances and your needs. Once this plan is in place a budget can be established. The better job we do of designing the surveillance, the more likely it is to be productive and the more cost effective it will be. In general there will be a period of surveillance and intelligence gathering and a final written report supported by video or photographic evidence if appropriate. At each step you will be kept up to date with regular verbal reports. You will need to sign an Investigation Agreement before starting.
An Investigation Agreement is for your protection and ours. Private Investigators need to uphold certain standards and ensure that they have proper terms for engagement. The person seeking the information must be bona fide in their request for the investigation of another party – this is to protect everyone involved.

The evidence collected in domestic surveillance consists of photographs or video recording of the activities and a surveillance report upon request. Both are submitted to you at no extra cost. Videos and/or digital photos will be handed over in DVD format.
